How to get Smart National Identification Card [NID]

17 Digit National ID Holder:

Write 'PC<space>17 Digit National ID' and send it to 16103
Example: PC 19901234567895214 and send it to 16103

13 Digit National ID Holder:

Write 'PC<space>Year of Birth+13 Digit National ID' and send it to 16103
Example: PC 19901234567895214 and send it to 16103
Here 1990 is your Year of Birth

New Voter who don't have NID:

Write 'PC<space>Slip number of voter registration form<space>Date-Month-Year' and send it to 16103.
Example: PC 234567895214 10-11-1990 and send it to 16103
