# Fair Usage Policy applicable upon reaching specific data usage threshold mentioned against the packs. Customers will continue to enjoy nonstop internet at 128 kbps after crossing the respective data threshold limits within the validity period.
# After reaching the specified FUP data limit and subsequent speed throttling, if any customer wants go back to the regular internet speed, can do that by availing any of the data boosters plans: 1 GB at BDT 99 and 100 MB at BDT 20. with 15% VAT. Booster data volume will expire with the validity period of the selected data pack.
To avail the 100 MB data booster, you needs to dial *5000*8*6*1# OR SMS ‘B100’ to 5000. To avail the 1 GB data booster, you need to dial *5000*8*6*2# OR SMS ‘B1GB’ to 5000. SMS Charge is Free.
# Booster data volume will expire with the validity period of the selected Smart plan.

Most Important terms:
# If any existing volume based Internet Package customer takes smart plan, his/her previous Internet volume will be canceled from account and he/she will start enjoying the data, voice, SMS and MMS as per the purchased smart plan.
# If the subscriber purchases a new data pack while having another active data pack, the terms and conditions of the new data pack (i.e. price, volume, validity and all other applicable terms & conditions) will be applicable and any unused volume of the previous data pack will be forfeited, which is dangerous terms you may say.
